About this role:
RASK.ai is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join our Sales team. This position is key to helping drive growth through the support of both the sales and marketing teams. This is a unique opportunity to build processes and establish strong discipline in a BDR team as the first employee of this team.
- Manage all Inbound Sales Leads - from Start to Close.
- Implement and manage CRM-system for Sales, describe all main processes of sales, negotiations, and projects with clients
- Work closely with Marketing and Product Teams to convert leads into qualified opportunities
- Ability to organize wow-effect during negotiations with clients, and win contracts for our product over other competitors
- Craft sequences
- Generate new qualified Outbound business leads through prospecting (greenfield, customers, and existing sales pipeline). Achieve monthly quota of leads and qualified opportunities for our product.
